Our 3-month placement plan is designed to provide full support throughout your home search and relocation process. The service fee is equivalent to one month’s rent (excluding charges) for the apartment secured through VCGC. This fee covers personalized assistance, property scouting, visits (in-person or virtual), administrative support, and coordination with all involved parties. Payment is due upon successful placement.
